Welcome to Bharath International Holidays. By accessing our website or booking any travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Bharath International Holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger and travel information.
2. Payment Terms
An advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, government taxes, hotel tariffs, or other supplier charges before confirmation.
Any additional costs arising after booking due to government regulations or supplier changes shall be borne by the customer.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges will apply based on the cancellation date and supplier policies.
Hotel, transport, flight, train, and activity cancellations may have separate cancellation charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving the refund from the respective suppliers.
5. Changes to Itinerary
Bharath International Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Alternative arrangements will be made wherever reasonably possible.
6. Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identity proof, passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.
The company shall not be responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
7. Hotel Check-in & Check-out
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to hotel policies.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
8. Vehicle Usage
Vehicles will operate as per the confirmed itinerary.
Additional usage beyond the agreed itinerary, extra kilometres, extra hours, tolls, parking, state taxes, or permits may incur additional charges unless specifically included.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or vehicle breakdowns. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers shall:
Follow local laws and regulations.
Respect hotel and vehicle rules.
Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal items.
Be responsible for personal belongings throughout the journey.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bharath International Holidays acts as a travel service provider and coordinator. We are not liable for:
Flight, train, or bus delays or cancellations.
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Accidents, injuries, illness, or death occurring during the tour.
Service failures caused by third-party providers.
Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or force majeure events.
11. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
12. Privacy
Customer information will be used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required to complete bookings or comply with legal obligations.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, graphics, and designs, is the property of Bharath International Holidays and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka.
